Wrestling School is the MDickie version of the Indie Wrestling scene as well as being an actual School, it does not parody any promotion but it's rosters tend to include original creations by MDickie as well as former WWF and WWE workers such as Wreck (Crush), Matty McFly (Marty Jennety) and a few others.
In Wrestling Empire, the company cannot have a new booker (as in Player-Controlled) and does not appear on the TV ratings list, as such the only way for it to change bookers is via the editor or via starting a booking career as Coach Emerson. It also has championships for the first time as in every single game before this it either had no titles or only had trophies (although you can become a booker for the company in Wrestling Revolution 3D allowing you to crown champions as you like)

The so-called "Wrestling Schol" is secretly Coach Emersons evil wrestling slavery organisation where he forces the most pathetic wrestlers on earth to wrestle for free and keeps all the revenue of the shows for himself to live a rich lifestyle. If you don't follow Coach Emersons orders, he will somehow ban you from wrestling which ends your career.
Unlike The Underground, Film School and Blitz Basic, Wrestling School pays you absolutely no money. Thus, you need to get out of Wrestling School as fast as possible, or you will be drowning in Debt in no time.
Your fame will be capped at 70% in Wrestling School and will start to drop once you go any higher.
